RARE Vintage Cathrineholm Saturn (or Viking) Orange Fondue Set !
This rare and beautiful mid-century modern design fondue set has been called Saturn by collectors, but we understand it was originally called Viking. It is in wonderful condition with white on bright tangerine. It comes comes complete with all pieces. It is not marked. The name Catherineholm refers to a place in Norway and the company that manufactured the famous Lotus ware and other pieces, and not to Catherine Holm, a person, as many have erroneously thought.
Many of the Cathrineholm designs were created by a woman named Grete Prytz Korsmo, wife of architect Arne Korsmo. Cathrineholm was the name of the manufacturer in Norway.

Vintage Rogers Fox Hunt Tobacco Jar!
Unusual item - marked Rogers on the bottom. It is a tobacco jar with a fox hunting motif. Under the lid wedged into the knob is a piece of ? charcoal that apparently was there to keep tobacco moist. Only one available.
Dimensions: opening under lid approx. 3 1/2". Overall circumference approx. 5" and height is approx. 5 1/2" - 6" tall. In excellent condition.
