At Retro Redheads we do everything in our power to ensure you are 100% satisfied. You may return any item within 30 days (or within 60 days during the holiday season) for any reason, period.
For a full refund, merchandise should be returned in it's original box or packaging with original packing materials in as-new condition, with all parts and packaging intact. Please include all paperwork with your return to ensure prompt and accurate credit.
Oh, and please send us a quick email or print and fill out our RETURNS form to let us know what you are returning and why (we wouldn't want to accidentally resell a defective item, for example).
Unless an item is defective, both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not assess a restocking fee.
You are free to ship it back to us with any carrier you choose and any shipping method.
